Title: Surgical Scheduler (OBGYN), $23/hour
Contract position
Pay rate: $20-23/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8AM – 4:30PM

Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED required
- At least 3 years of experience in a medical setting
- At least 3 years of surgical scheduling experience
- Experience working in OBGYN a plus
- Experience with surgical booking required
- At least 1-3 years of medical administrative experience
- EMR experience
- Experience working with patients to obtain referrals for pre-surgical appointments
- Experience working directly with insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations
- Experience assembling surgery packets and confirming that they are obtained by the pre-admission office
- Experience maintaining the surgical schedule
