We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a 200 unit affordable housing property by the waterfront in Downtown Buffalo. The major responsibilities include:
- Managing a small team of technicians and porters
- Working with vendors and suppliers for maintenance work
- Putting together a budget, explaining monthly variances
- Purchasing materials for jobs
- Scheduling work as needed
- Inspection of units
- Hands-on maintenance orders and turnovers
8am – 5pm Mon-Fri
$28-30/hour + Annual Bonus
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Apartment maintenance is highly preferred
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
