Title: Client Services Coordinator
(Account Manager- Healthcare)
Compensation: $80,000.00- $130,000.00
Location: Plainville, CT
- Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
- Serve as primary liaison between the organization and our clients for questions on subrogation files or status
- Identify creative ways to improve client experience
- Coordinate new client implementations
- Implement and monitor client service protocols
- Resolve routine client problems or disputes in a professional manner
- Serve as primary contact for attorney referrals and record requests
- Support Subrogation team members to:
- Obtain necessary client documents from benefit consultants, claim administrators or directly from our clients
- Coordinate with claim administrators to verify claim payments or obtain bill copies/EOBs
- Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training and tracking purposes
- Coordinate monthly client reporting
- Coordinate annual as well as, ad-hoc client reports as needed
- Assist in other operational areas as needed which may include but is not limited to:
- Coordinate the organizations monthly vendor bills
- Coordinate service vendors as needed
- Coordinate annual insurance filings
Qualifications for Client Services Coordinator
- 5+ years prior experience in customer facing roles with focus on Account Manager, Key Account Management, Client Services, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key client contacts at all levels of an organization
- Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service programs and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and/or the ability to learn new software quickly.
- BA/BS degree is preferred
