Operations
•Functions as the leader on the production line.
•Partners with leads, mechanics and other production employees to address production issues and implement solutions.
•Loads and unloads material rolls from machines, verifies and sets machine settings per the sheet settings in a safe manner.
•Manages proper and timely starts/stops/restarts for machine, removes scrap and rewind.
•Assists with machine set up.
•Performs general production activities to ensure efficient production of high-quality product.
•Operates thermoforming, automation, and auxiliary equipment (i.e., case tapers, grinders, stackers).
• Inspects finished or in-process products against company standards and specifications for irregularities or reject.
•Ensures compliance with regards to line clearance, raw materials, in-process inspection, manufacturing, and housekeeping.
•Conducts basic preventative maintenance, cavity changes and other technical duties.
•Troubleshoots machine for quality issues.
•Maintains documentation and performs administrative tasks relevant to plant operations.
• Collaborates with shift supervision to understand and develop training needs, structure, and individual progress for assigned shift.
•Ensures work area is maintained in order and is free of unused items, carts, machinery not in use to mitigate safety hazards and maintain good housekeeping practices.
Requirements
•Comply with the EHS Policy and applicable regulatory and company EHS rules and requirements.
•Prompt reporting of any unsafe conditions, practices, or environmental concerns to supervision. Resolving potential hazards swiftly, thereby ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
•Attend scheduled EHS trainings.
•Actively assist the organization in achieving or surpassing EHS goals. Identify areas for improvement in EHS practices and recommend enhancements to contribute to our commitment to a safe work environment.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
