The role will prepare USCIS forms, collect supporting documents, and assist attorneys with visa petitions and research.
Candidates should have experience with EB-5 process and documents. Candidates must also have experience with handling high volume immigration case loads. Spanish skills are preferred, but not required.
The firm offers a hybrid work environment, but the candidate must be willing to work in the office as needed.
Salary is $75,000-95,000 depending on experience.
