- Business partner with senior leadership to create and implement long and short term strategy
- Lead budget process
- Oversee fiscal close processes
- Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP compliance
- Analyze financials; research and explain variances
- Oversee all day-today accounting & financial activities to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
- Prepare financial reporting packages for executives
- Establish, implement & analyze KPIs to ensure performance aligns with business goals
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve cashflow
- Prepare income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Identify areas for process improvements to maximize efficiency
- Develop & implement Controls
- Coordinate audits
- Train, manage and mentor staff
