Busy Manufacturing facility seeking multiple customer operations specialists to act as liaison between customers / vendors / key internal team members
Key Details of position:
- Located in Middleboro, MA
- Pay of $25/hr
- HYBRID format (Mon / Fri are work from home)
- Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:45 pm
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with customer orders specifically with inventory and logistics / pricing / inventory inquiries / service expenses
- Providing improvements for customers in supply chain and transportation
- Improve service and costs for customers
Looking for:
- Bachelors’ Degree (preferred)
- 1+ year working within supply chain / customer operations position
- Detail Oriented / Problem Solver
- Familiar with MS Office & ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
