Role Description
As an Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the design, development, and testing of surgical cutting tools, instruments, and components. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing design specifications, creating prototypes, and conducting performance tests. Additionally, you will provide technical support and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and engineering analysis tools
- Experience in product design, development, and testing
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
- Certification in relevant engineering disciplines is a plus
