We have partnered with a leading Aerospace manufacturing in Bloomfield who is in need of an HR Generalist with Benefits experience.
Position will pay $60K-70K with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri.
NEED benefits experience, also working with 1099s, Visas and MUST BE a self-starter.
Manufacturing or construction environment experience highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration:
- Managing and administering various benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness programs.
Compliance:
- Ensuring that all benefits programs and related policies comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Employee Support:
- Providing employees with information, guidance, and assistance regarding their benefits, enrollment, and any related questions or concerns.
Data Management:
- Maintaining accurate records of employee benefits data, including enrollment information, payroll deductions, and other relevant information.
Vendor Relations:
- Working with benefits vendors and insurance providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Communication:
- Communicating benefits information to employees through various channels, such as email, internal newsletters, or online portals.
Performance Measurement:
- Tracking key metrics related to benefits programs, such as enrollment rates, cost per employee, and employee satisfaction.
Policy Development:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new or updated benefits policies and procedures.
Budget Management:
- Contributing to the development and monitoring of the benefits budget.
Analysis and Recommendations:
- Analyzing benefits data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to HR management.
