Hours: Monday-Friday. Schedule can be 8:30-5:00 or 8:00-4:30. Type: 13-week contract Responsibilities & Requirements: Triaging calls 2-5 + years in medical office setting – higher end back office admin support Experience in EPIC and MS office suite required. Self-starter with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and able to work successfully with a team are preferred Experience with prior authorizations, insurance verification, denials Intrapersonal, critical thinking skills
