Patient Service Advisor
Location: Fairhaven, MA
Hours: Full time or part time schedules available!
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 24 hours per week between 8:00am – 5:00pm timeframe
- Must be available on Mondays
Salary: $20-22/hr
Job Description:
- Healthcare experience or Call Center experience a strong plus
- Answer incoming calls to facilitate entering orders
- Schedule appointments
- Enter prescriptions for the physician’s review
- Document phone contact with patient
- Manage electronic faxes
- Inform patients of test results
- Assist with patient scheduling and registration.
- Very good organizational skills are required
- Ability to listen and document simultaneously is required
