Safety Manager

A growing organization is seeking a Health & Safety Leader to elevate and support site-level safety operations and culture. This position will work closely with leadership, managers, and employees to reduce risk, ensure compliance, and implement proactive safety strategies across their assigned region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a key partner to leadership to implement and improve health and safety initiatives

  • Lead risk assessments, site audits, and drive safety-forward behavior and policies

  • Guide management and staff through incident investigations, OSHA/MSHA inspections, and compliance initiatives

  • Support KPI development, reporting, and continuous improvement

  • Provide training and coaching to build a culture of safety and awareness

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Health & Safety within industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments

  • Hands-on experience navigating OSHA/MSHA regulations and audits

  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills

  • Someone who can be both strategic and boots-on-the-ground when needed
