Job Description:
Requires scheduling of multiple providers and multiple appointments for various locations
Call Center environment
Canceling and rescheduling appointments
Enter orders
Complete full pre-registration including documenting demographics and verifying insurance information
Qualifications:
Equal to completion of four years of high school
Knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient keyboarding skills
Proficient use of software applications such as e-mail, Word, Excel, etc
Over three years of related medical office work is strongly preferred
Associates degree preferred
