Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN), under the supervision of the Division/Section Chief and Director of Operations, will support the delivery of outpatient General Urology services. The RN will assist with patient care coordination, conduct intake assessments, provide patient education, manage clinical documentation, and support procedural workflows. This position emphasizes collaboration with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The position involves heavy triage, extensive use of EPIC, and regular phone work. Candidates must be flexible regarding the urology subspecialty they work in, as cross-training is required—they cannot focus solely on one area, such as uro-oncology.
