Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test and deploy executive reporting using Tableau Dashboards
• Configure and maintain access database
• Research source data and design solutions that provide high performance visuals in Tableau
• Translate management information requirements into reporting and metrics solutions to generate fact-based insights and trends
• Work closely with the Analytics and Reporting CoE Lead and other cross-functional partners, clients and internal stakeholders to support analytics and advanced reporting solutions to better understand and communicate key performance indicators
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal stakeholders about their “vision” for a particular dashboard or analytics project
• Build queries, aggregations and / or statistical tests, e.g. , extract and cleanse data for easier consumption and combine and organize data sets using advanced analytic tools.
• Build innovative reports and designing advanced analytic projects aimed at helping us better understand our compliance program and to support more informed, data-driven action planning and decision-making across a variety of compliance functions
Requirements:
• Excellent academic qualifications (Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, or data sciences preferred)
• Proven capabilities, including 5+ years of work experience
• Tableau Certified Professional Certification required
• Salesforce.com experience a plus
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analytic methodologies
• Ability to architect reports connecting to disparate data source
• Innovative thinker with analytical and critical thinking skills
• A genuine interest in solving complex business problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong business sense and understanding of the evolving business model
• Able to effectively interface across functions
• Knowledge of relational databases, information architecture, data warehousing, ETL and SQL
